SpellMania is the game that makes spelling fun. With over 1000 professionally narrated words and sentences, designed for Australian kids aged four and upwards, playing on their own or with friends.

In SpellMania, you are a contestant in a TV game show, using your spelling knowledge to work your way through a series of increasingly difficult levels. It’s a race against the clock to spell as many words as you can!

SpellMania encourages players to spell and learn harder and harder words. If the player makes a mistake, the host will repeat the word letter by letter with the correct spelling displayed on screen. Any misspelled words are more likely crop up again in the game, giving players another chance to get it right, reinforcing the learning.

If the player is not sure about a word, they can tap on the game show host, who will stop the clock, and repeat the word as part of sentence.

Younger kids will have fun on the lower levels, with plenty of shorter words for them to spell. Older kids wont get bored, as choosing harder words gives them more points and lets them fast track to much higher levels.

The player’s high score achievement is displayed each time they start a new game, and every time they beat their personal best.

The game can be played alone, or with up to three others using the multiplayer option.
Players share the device between them as they complete each level. The winner is the player who successfully completes the most levels.

All words and sentences have been professionally narrated in Australia for the Australian market, and include specific Australian words such as Kookaburra and Echidna, and Australian capital city names.
